Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding potential delays due to COVID-19, high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. sketchboard studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thesketchboardstudio@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please note, that some of our carriers may have limitations around shipping to PO Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
At this time and due to the nature of most of our items, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations.
However, if you feel an item may be defective, please email a picture of the item to thesketchboardstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. If the item is deemed defective, it may be eligible for store credit and must be mailed to the address listed below within 5 days (shipping fees are non-refundable).
